Is it really intended, that you can't put some cloth items in wardrobe? IE hats, rock armor.

Wardrobe - Garments considered as a group, especially all the articles of clothing that belong to one person.
Pretty sure hats and rock armor fall under this category.

Or in another container right next to wardrobe, because walls are inaccessible. Very convenient and looks "good". Ok.

found a new player cloth with a rainbow scales, weared it, dropped in town and i still have the bonus, porting didnt change it, just relogging.
