I can't fix your computer for you. Sorry. Best I can suggest is find a friend or relative competent in these things if you are unable to do it yourself. Hiring professional help is even a possible solution if you can afford it. I've done the best I can for you. Maybe someone else around here is better able to explain the steps needed.
