Unlimited Beat Down time?

Since this question has been answered, it is not a bug, and this is not the forum for political discussions and flaming, I'm going to lock this thread. If you have some idea of wanting to change the mechanic, post it in Ideas. But please make sure it's a valid idea, not just 'remove this cause I don't like it'.
