need help with the bug that i keep getting

There's a few ways, but the most direct I can think of is right click on the desktop, open Properties, and go to the Settings tab. A new window will open and there should be an "Adapter" tab. It will list the details of your video card. On the Adapter tab, if you click the Properties button, it will open up information on the video device. You can select the Driver tab and it will show the version of driver you're using.

So, to sum up, provide us with

Device name (can be found both on the adapter tab and in the device properties window)
Driver version (can be found after opening the device properties and selecting the driver tab).

wen i right click the desktop it only shows personelize and some other odd things... any way of looking on the computer for it? like stuff that is taged on a list or somthing easyer like searching it up or somthing?

Man... didn't think that got changed until Win7. Sorry. The hard way then....

Open up Control Panel and then "System". Select the "Hardware" tab and click the "Device Manager" button. Look for the item "Display adapters." Expand this and it will show you the name of the adapter. If you double click the adapter name, it will open the properties for it and you can look up the driver version same as above. (I don't like sending people this way as it shows a lot more information people aren't familiar with. Be cautious doing anything other than described as you can mess up your system.)

I was reminded that there are working drivers for the Intel 965 chips. Several members have had issues with the updater getting the correct drivers and had to manually download the latest version. There may be some more information on it, but I'm not finding it right away.

the int. update driver dasn't work for me....all its doing is showing me my driver and stuff and it mite be to complex to understand further more ideas on how to update the thing so i can play the game

all i wont to do is play the damn game is that to complex to comprehend? jeez :l
