Account Vanished?!

There is a time gap between the time this thread was started, and the time it took me to follow up reply. I sent a support ticket in the day this thread was made. My FORUM EMAIL disappearing making me unable to retrieve or even use my account, is a forum issue.

I have been waiting almost a month to get a reply, and have gotten nothing. That's what i'm trying to say. Why would the email that worked for several months on my forum account one day be non-existent?

Like i told yasso, i was able to log into the game with a saved password and such, but when i logged out and tried logging in with my password which i know by heart, it threw me strange errors and eventually started telling me that the username and password was incorrect. Paradox plaza hasn't Offered any support in the issue whatsoever. I gave them a detailed report with all the problems experienced that day and the even pointed out that my PHBB forum email associated with this forum suddenly went POOF.

I know they got my email. Personally i just think salem has been thrown on the back burner by them.

I have a feeling that once my Forum issue is dealt with, and i use my forum account to log into the game, all will be well. Its just the simple task of logging into the administrator control panel, and filling in the EMAIL box with my email that used to be there. Otherwise recovering my account wont happen.
