Grand maple tree cuttings growing back ?

I think he just got lucky. I'm still waiting on regen of elm cuttings I took over a month ago.

Ah yes, but elms don't have maple leaves, thus they wouldn't have been changed in the last patch.

Cuttings grew back again on every maple tree, thats only 24h...

I can confirm what he's saying; I also had 2 grand maple trees regrow their cuttings the next day

Same here, that is why I only plant grand maples for purity, they pop 2 sprouts every 24 hours, never longer. I have a whole shed of 2-5% grand maple cuttings.

Hate to say its a bug, but it most likely is, and mehh I hate to see it fixed

Plant your maple forests while you can. It appears the entire resources of the maple tree are re spawning faster than the others. I'm actually a tad on the fence about if it "needs" to be fixed. As you could quite simply just gathering hundreds of saplings in the wild faster than they grow back. We are not convinced Tree Purity is going to stay the way it is at the moment either.

tree purity needs fixed, and no you cant gather purity sapplings faster. The reason is most of us (me especially) didn't want to chime in so fast is the fact you may only have 2-3 trees with top purity and its easy to go backwards if the trees die. Then you may have to wait a month for a sprout to grow back, with maples, you just lost 24 hours, not maybe a month.

Honestly what still boggles my mind is why the purity of a compost (trash can) should matter on the purity of the humus. Id think what you put IN the compost would matter.

This is unbalanced extremely in the meantime for those of us with non maple purity wood.
