We have invested a fair bit of mental energies into what is causing this or could be. Is it possible you are getting it on a work computer or otherwise semi-secure terminal that may be using a proxy?

Well, there is no "info it needs" that can be edited. The problem is that, for some reason, your Internet connection intercepts the request for a certain file and serves up an old version of it. It is a bit hard to tell from here why it does that, however.

I have been experiencing this problem. It only occurs at work. Previous to the most recent patch, the client would immediately crash whenever I teleported to, or logged in while in town. Sinse the patch, I am able able to teleport to town, but as soon as I start walking in any direction, the client crashes.

Just in case it means anything to the folks investigating this.

I am experiencing this same error now and have at many times in he past. The funny thing is it seems to self correct. It will be messed up for several days, maybe a week and then I come back and it works fine for two or three weeks, maybe a month then back to not loading. Have yet to find a rhyme or reason as to why it happens.

That should have absolutely nothing with this error to do.

Are you sure it's the exact same error? Have you checked that it is the "Wrong res version" error that you're getting? If you're just looking that the "Delayed error" part, that's no guarantee at all that it's the same error.
