Trapped in my chair

So i'm in a chair at my table with a wooden crate behind me and one to the side of the table. The other side of the chair is up against the wall. I can't stand up.I can't walk away or lift or destroy, only eat. I can't move to my steadstone to allow alts onto my property. Am I going to die in this chair? if so does anyone want to come trespass me out?

Did you try dropping everything and porting to Boston? Otherwise, I'm not sure what you did wrong or if it's a bug. I haven't sat in many chairs.

I did, it seems that being sitting down is preventing me from porting. as if i was in combat?

Sounds like a pretty nasty bug. I have no ideas on what to do here, and the few other things I can think of to try were fixed to avoid exploiting. I'm moving to Bugs and see if one of the devs can look into this.

Many thanks, I didn't want to go directly to bugs for fear I was being a numbskull about standing up but at this point I've tried everything-can't even KO myself. The layout more specifically is table in corner with chair along the wall, behind the chair a wood box is placed next to the wall short side facing the wall long side facing the back of my chair. To the right of the table (from my perspective) another wood box is placed against the wall (again short side on wall) Any help on this would be awesome.

Spawn and alt, and have him port to your homestead. I think, even though it's claimed land, that he can move around for a short period of time (5 min?), might have to be kinned though, not sure about that. In that way you can use your alt to remove one of the wooden boxes?

Create second account, create alt on it and teleport it to your homestead. Open second game client and login with your main. Party your main with alt. Your alt will temporarily(while in party) get all claim privilages. Rearrange stuff around your main and profit.

if you log out while sitting on a chair you'll respawn at your homestead (losing your inventory).
So if you already dropped everything, just log out.

Logging out in my chair hasn't worked yet, i just log in back in my chair (it's on my property), when i've got the time I'll try the 2 client ally technique- I have high hopes if the temporary access works like it is described. The hope being that I'm stuck because of the box behind not due to a glitch in chair positioning. I did have to use ctrl-placement for the table but if i recall correctly the chair plopped down just fine. I will be able to try later today and will post results. Again many thanks to the mods and everyone for the great ideas-Garlic Rabbit on me guys.

Also, if you get your alt into the house, just lift the chair and move it somewhere else. Then log in your main.
