Try pming totaly meow or cotton mather on forums. They probably will remove it from your char.
Any ideas how to reproduce it? So they could fix it in the future.

AFAIR you have to get on a horse / cricket, open the kiln and take a burned urn out of it. Because you are mounted the urn does not appear over your head and instead gets stuck on your cursor
