Cloak and Dagger

ok earlier today i thought i just miss clicked... but i am positive i clicked Cloak and Dagger this time and it raised my Frontier and Wilderness.

1 update ago, all skills increase if it touches the green bar.

The clicked skill will increase 2 lvls instead of 1.

Perrenial phil is the only exception and is like oldays.

yah i know about that... im pretty sure it didn't increase at all... but i might be wrong on that.. damn i should have looked at the system messages before i quit. >.<
