Make sure you have Java 1.6 or newer installed. http://www.java.com/en/

If you have it installed, you can usually find the program to launch the file with by browsing to it. You want to find javaws.exe, and it should be located at C:\Program Files\Java\jre7\bin. If you installed Java somewhere other than the default location, find the Java folder where you installed at and navigate to the jre7\bin folder. If available, make sure to check the box "Always use this program to run this type of file" (or similar message) so that you won't have to dig for the launcher program again.

I clicked on it too many times and now it stopped asking me which file to use and just takes me to some Adobe pop-up. Anyway to fix it from there?

FFR: right-click -> Open with... -> Select javaws.exe in jre6/bin or similar in your program folder
I have neither the crayons nor the time to explain it to you.
