Studying bug?

Hi folks,

I am studying for settling and all of my skill levels are within the proper levels but p&p requires me to fill it to 500 instead of 150 (in the green)

It has been like this for every skill the entire game. Is this normal?

Could you post a screenshot? Sometimes these describe the situation better. I've not seen anything not working right recently with studying, so either your source is out of date and something was changed or you may be doing it wrong.

Heres a screen shot...I just finished learning the skill though...I had to fill the P&P all the way up to 500 to learn the skill even though on the right it says 150.

Are you sure it wasn't just a case of having to wait until the higher cost skills went up to their respective required values? It's always a chore having every bar filled, bar one that takes 3k to fill.

yeah, i had all of the required filled and p&p was at about 3/4 full (still past 150). it made me max it out.

The screenshot of the immediate situation would have been useful. As it is, it doesn't really confirm anything. I don't immediately recall anyone having an issue with this before, so it's either very rare random situation that almost never shows up or a misinterpretation in what you saw. (At this point. People may keep a closer eye out on this now.)

Definitely not a misinterpretation. The situation has corrected itself? in any case it doesn't exist for me anymore. I will make sure to take lots of screen shots so i can provide useful information in the future.
