Graphics Driver Crash

Hi,


whenever I start Salem (even after uninstalling it), it crashes my graphics card driver. The game worked when I had shadows turned off.

In the Windows 7 event log it shows that my driver "atikmdag" stopped working with these details:

0000: 00000000 00000001 0000002A C000A815
0008: 00000000 00000000 00000000 00000000
0010: 00000000 00000000

Does Salem somehow store it's preferences at a hidden place, that it keeps the settings and user login information, even after uninstalling?

I removed the Salem key from the registry to play the game without shadows.

Thanks for this! I'm bookmarking this post for future use.

I know there's going to be some that will not want to touch the registry (or even know how), so there are tools out there that will clean out any registry entries like this when you uninstall Java.
