Sturdy Sled stuck in wall

After clicking to remove Sturdy Sled indoors the sled appeared in black area of house(hence cannot walk to) image depicts it below

If possible can I get it back?

Easy answer: no

but you might be able to get it back if to destroy the house. Requiring 60+ phlegm
