In marshes, no, for some reason you can't. No idea if this is working as intended, a bug, or just an overlooked implementation. It's been asked about previously on the Paradox forums.

I want to know if now it is possible to take water from as swamp ( and also fish )? Will it be possible in future fix/release ?
I've understood that snakes can not attack in water ( like rivers ). I was attacked by a snake and I was poisoned ( while in a swamp/water).
