Can, please, a Dev say if is possible or not give the points back because of that bug? I'm tired of the players and all your opinions.

I wouldn't count on it. Devs never return lost items / skills / characters. With the exception for items bought in the shop.

What we are trying to do here is to find the cause for what happened to you and your friend, and possibly identify the bug. If you are here for reimbursements then sadly, nothing will be done in this case.

Did your friend actually give you permissions on the claim using a color he changed your name to in his buddy list or were you in a party with him while you were able to use his property? Being in a party gives temporary claim rights until the party is disconnected.
