i bought the adventure pack from cash shop tonight,its been over 2 hours now,and still dont have it in the mail,what do i need to do to get my items?

I'm not completely sure on the processes that are being used for store transactions. I would suggest contacting Paradox's email support directly at support@paradoxplaza.com. Personally, I'd give it up to 24 hours to be delivered, but this is up to you.
