leaving a sent when crime acts not turned on

Postby firefox2026 » Wed Dec 19, 2012 7:40 pm

I was trying to help a friend kill a turkey and somehow he still hit me when he didn't have criminal acts turned on and it left a sent.. This doesn't seem right if he doesn't have crime acts turned on. He shouldn't be able to do anything that will leave a sent or hit another player. I didn't see anything obvious about this but I assume this may be a known bug, but if it isn't I like to bring light to the fact. If he gets killed because of it he is going to be very upset as well as me.

How did he hit you? As of this point, the devs have said this is working as intended.

well I am not totally sure it might have been the turkey moved as he was using thrust move and hit me instead. If its intended to be that way so much for trying to help out your friends. lol or make sure they are in your party I guess.

Friendly fire never turns off. Helping your friends is fine just watch where you are swinging.
