Bears Decay on top floor of townhouses.

Postby Amuse » Wed Dec 12, 2012 3:50 pm

Subject says it all. We have confirmed two cases of bears vanishing when placed on the top floor of houses. Considering they do not decay on the bottom floor, i find this odd. We need not talk about the ways around this (using sleds) but whether or not this is a game mechanic or a bug.

Just thought i would open some eyes on the matter.

I believe the corpses should be decaying whether inside or outside, on a sled, or other place you can put them.

I was hoping it was a feature, other wise a house is a glorified cupboard. Wouldn't decay be naturally slower inside rather than leaving a corpse outside for the sun and rats to devour?

It's not the sun and rats you have to worry about. It's the microbes and insects that poison meat and make it bad.
