Inventory Lost at Login

Just logged in tonight, at about 1:40 AM EST on December 9th, 2012. Hopped on Ventrilo and was chatting with my buddy and he mentioned that his entire inventory was wiped when he logged on today. I was thinking to myself that it was strange. As my character loaded up I opened my inventory and backpack (where I keep my usual saber, pickaxe, shovel, and metal axe) and everything was gone. I checked all the places I keep my tools and nothings accounted for. I also had a ton of food in my inventory and I never leave my character logged in unattended so I definitely didn't get KO'ed. What gives?

My first thought upon seeing the title was that you were stuck where you logged out (position was occupied) and had to force travel back home, which causes you to lose inventory in some cases.

Beyond that, I have to agree with Dallane: could your account be compromised?

If you guys were doing some criminal stuff you could get summoned and stolen from. Turn on tracking, tp to boston and back to your place and check for clues.(big pink ! above ground)
