I seriously doubt anything bought at the shop will ever be reimbursed because of an ingame death. But alas, people that spend money on a product need a way to contact customer service with their issues, and right now that service email is support@paradoxplaza.com.

That sucks. Can you describe where you were roughly when this happened? While unfortunatley this is not the "Bug" that you think it is there is a very large possibility I may be able to identify the killer for you and a very small possibility that the game mechanics would allow me to murder him to get you justice. Anything you can tell me about this murder will help.
