Trees do not regenerate inside claims.

Hello!
I noticed that, on a claimed land, (personal or city claim) the nut trees doesnt regenerate at all, and you cant harvest a tree twice.
I made my experiment. I plant a pine tree inside my claim, and the same time outside the claim, afther they growth, i harvest both, and more than a week later i can harvest only the outside tree again.

When trees respawn their resources is random so in order to have a true experiment you would need far more then 2 trees, 50 would give you more balanced results. I have certainly seen no problems on my claimed tree farm.
