Online Store is bugged?

Recently tried to purchase Mystery Tools; was billed the correct amount. When I went to Mailman in Providence to collect he gave me capes!

Autumn Capes... which sell for substantially less real currency than tools!

Tried to reach out to Devs via PM; but wager they are ignoring it as spam. (I get a lot too- so I know how it is).

Maybe this will reach them.


PS- and the capes arrived without a package... as all normal purchases do from Mystery items.

Odd. When did you message them? They are usually good about getting back with people with store issues.

....dude give them time. I thought you were talking a few days to a week or more.

Checked wiki- it's not one of the capes currently listed as available...

Wonder if this is part of the new package they are making~ it certainly fits the October theme.... bright Orange in color.

Still urgent though; I haven't tried again, but somebody will.

The capes are quarterly capes. He just hasn't gotten his order yet. I've messaged John to have a look when he gets a chance, but it's probably just something being delayed and will work itself out soon.

not sure if thats the issue, the store only runs on paypal, and paypal purchases are instant so i always got my items within 1second of purchase

OP are you sure you are even logged into the right account and not in another one? this cap happen

I'm certain of the account in question... I was using custom client's store link when purchasing and then collecting.

I haven't been back yet. I will try in a bit. Totalmeow suggested a waiting period...as did Dallane... I'm doing that.

I will post if/when I have what I purchased and/or if it's still an issue on that account. It was not this one.
