There's a stall that's offering a buy one, get nothing special. Picture of the stall included; it looks like it might have ran out of stock and didn't register, but I'm not sure.

That is no bug.
You can define a price and lock it in. If you dont put something in, then it looks like this.
The owner has lock in a 0, then the slot will be show without price again.

I tried buying some and it wouldn't let me. You'd think this game would be all for wasting your silver, but they made it a bit harder than I expected.
