Hi, can someone help me with this? the game won't load. Ty

It seems you are using a custom client, but with an old launcher: they used to be hosted by dropbox, but now they are on github (at least mine was). Head over to the artifice section and download the up-to-date launcher of your preferred client.
Not a default client bug.
I have neither the crayons nor the time to explain it to you.
