Constant crash when login

How often?

very often like 1/4 times, its when my characters cross the mine door, screen freeze and crash, with Haven error.

Well i tried re-installing Java 8 without any success. Tried installing java 7 still without any success. When i download a fresh salem client (with deleting the original folder Salem and the .salem) i get an Unable to launch the application. This is not the "Java blocked the application" error.

This is the error i get from the unsuccessful launch.

All these problem occurred when i update to java 8 and now reverting back to java 7 seems to still bug the launcher...

Also noticed that the jnlp file never run but the jar file do. Problem is that the jar file doesn't download the required files so the client doesn't actually launch.
