That's my meatsmoker, the only fire I had lit in my homestead at the time was in my house. However the game may be trying to render lighting for the meatsmoker?

I have found that turning off shadows solves the issue.

What graphic card do you have?
Others had similiar problems with intel built-in graphic cards. (with fire not with shadows if I remember right)

Croping was quicker then editing the video after to remove my map, it might not show much but you never know.
Thanks for the tip Meow, I had thought the legacy flags would cost the same as the new borders.

This is actually an issue with that fire I hear in the background I believe. If you try putting that fire out I think it will resolve the issue. It has to do with some gfx thing when light is bouncing off.
