Help My Characters Got Deleted

I just accepted the new EULA and when I went to go back to the game, all my characters where gone. I am using the default standard game client.

When did you last have them? The world has had a reset since...I think Febuary, not sure. Anyway if you were playing on one of the three servers (Boston, Jamestown and Roanoke) then those worlds got deleted and now we just have the single server.

I had them this morning and the game was running fine. When I went back on it after lunch, the game client told me I had to accept a new EULA before it would allow me back on. After I logged into the website and did so, I went back on the game and, thought the game worked fine, all my characters are gone. I only know of one server since I've been playing this game. I'd like to submit a user problem ticket to someone who runs the game, but there is no option for this.

No such user exists. I did a search for him and it came up "No members found for this search criterion"

Thanks, the space given to me between the names messed it up. (It should be JohnCarver and not John Carver)

also, if you are using my client, this could be because you entered something in the filtering field (below where the character list should be). Common culprits are spaces.

Is there a new EULA?
