Smoked Oysters not affected by debuffs

If you eat a table full of smoked oysters during a gluttony session, you'll probably hit a reduction on Any Shellfish. Other shellfish foods that you eat after are affected, but you still get 100% from each smoked oyster.

Confirmed and will be fixed next patch.
