Boston Windmills

I have not been able to enter the Boston windmills for the last couple of days. Bug? They don't like my hat? We need to build our own?

Any help would be appreciated.

Intended. There are now things to build at your base that are able to mill flours. They are smaller than windmills, I have not had a chance to build them yet, but read the patchnotes and all will be clear.
