2 of my drying frames got disappear after almost a day.
Is it normal or it's a bug?

unclaimed drying frames only need two ticks to disappear.
That means they can go quite fast if you're not paying attention.

You mean two community drying frames.
If they aren't on your claim, they aren't yours.

You should get a claim, someone will rob you or worse without one. Ofcourse they might do that anyway, so make walls too. They still might with walls so make even more defenses.
Anyway, get enough defenses to be more of a pain in the ass than your stuff is worth.
