Digging Screen loading/flash

Today a new and irritating bug, every time you dig the screen flickers and you see the all black with loading in the middle like when you cross a server line. Anyone have a solution or started experiencing this?

ok, so after playing with the settings with hopes it was something in there. I found it stopped after turning off the Quality Water setting, uncheck it if your experiencing this issue and see if it works for you. I don't understand how digging and quality water are related but there ya go...and yes, i just submitted a bug report and solution to my own report. I don't see it as a solution but a work around, I don't know why it just started doing it now but all is better.
