Kin land

Me and my buddy are kinned but, I can only get in on his land while we're in a party. Is this normal?? Is there a way I can get on mine and his land while hes offline

whoever is the claim owner needs to add the other person to a colour group in their kin list. Then set the respective permissions for that group on the claim in question.

ok. Thank you. also how come I can't make a pilgrims hostil? The land is flat.. can I not make it on grassland? IM in autumn biome.

Some terrain, such as autumn, can't be built on natively. You have to dig up the land first or pave it.

Yep, that works. Just make sure you drop it back down level. (Shouldn't be an issue if you just dig and drop in the exact same spot.)

do claims have an upkeep? My friend put money in something and it just vanished and shows not how long the upkeep is for

Yes, they have an upkeep. When you first build one, it has 30 days worth at the base size (expanding decreases the available time left for upkeep). You can see the amount held by right clicking the claim stone. Divide the max by 60 to get the amount per day upkeep.
