this has been all of my deaths thus far, annoying thing is each one of them was on account of a bug of some sort.
first death was when i got summoned through my walls by some GH folks. looking for it in the profile page but unable to locate it for some reason, as i remember it was a tpyical combat alt with around 80ish stats.
second death was right after the swimming patch and my character died from drowning.
third death was after i had moved to jamestown so i did not catch it at the time until the scents had gone away, but the lean to wall jump sploit was used.
fourth death is when vigilance and bait used the lean to exploit to jump my walls, break lean to and summon. unfortunately i did not notice the plymouths characters demise until it was to late thus remaining in the dark about this exploit until this death.
have accompanying screenshots for all of this, even the swimming one but do not feel like going back through over 30k screenshots to try and find them at the moment.

The first Dangerous Dan Dabrowski. Summon-killed by the Russians back when they popped our vault (same incident Chief referenced, earlier). Coincidentally, it was the day before defenses became super-buffed.

My only death in Salem EVER !!! I killed the Russian keyholder with it, they attacked Pendle Forest & I sacrificed her for them.
