Jeez, why do these updates have to involve changes to graphics. I run enders with the Kandarim graphics package and now I can login to the game but when i click on the charater it starts to load then poof . . . client closes. Same thing has been going on all morning with the default client.

Kandarim can you look at your graphics package and see if anything can be tweaked?

Actually, my mistake. It was Hans Lemursen who developed the graphics package. Not Kandarim. Sorry.

For your people's information: the quality water graphics option is turned off by default, so it wouldn't be what is crashing you. It's most likely some other random bug cropping up. Not that it helps you right now :)

In other news (as I outlined in PM as well), Hans Lemurson's pixelicious pack worked through res-file edit'ing and wouldn't be influenced by this "graphics update" and wouldn't cause any untowards crashes from it.
I have neither the crayons nor the time to explain it to you.

I get this error message when I start Salem.
It pops up after entering login information. So it crashes before it shows the char creation screen.

Same problem here with Ender - pslight crash at startup. I hear that Enders client works ok for other people. Did anyone find out what the problem is?

my issue was originally the pslights error also, then i cleared jave cache and tried again. now i get the nullpointer error.

hope ender fixes it, game is pretty much total crap with default client.
