Where would this game be without the whole GH thing tho? Probably on Steam with 20,000 players.

We had nothing to do with population nor does chief. Pvp has nothing to do with low population. We did have a talk with jortar and we made the decision to not go on steam together so i guess you are right on there. At the last meeting we also got them working on haven 2 instead of salem.

Back to the topic of the thread, which I believe is 'The future of Salem', can anybody from the masons reveal any good news or stuff besides the Chief? The Loftar love letter was scetchy at best. Can we get any other 2nd hand news through you guys from the Dev's?

Why don't you ask jorb or loftar on irc? The mods don't have some special connection that we don't know about. The lover letter was the exact same thing that was talked about in the public irc channels. Just ask them, they usually answer.

Coles is "trolling". Jorb and Loftar do have a folder on their development schedule called "Haven 2". That folder is the CURRENT revamp of Haven. Not a new project title.

Actually caught Loftar in Irc before bedtime and yeah, he confirmed it's just a cleaning and revamping of Haven, not a massive other system or "2". Still it looks good. HnH needs it. He also confirmed the Gluttony update for Salem is getting it's dev time also, so all's good in both worlds.
