Reality check here. Why do you get to choose to destroy town hall if it's on "your land"? You don't unless you made that charter with the town to begin with. If a town decided to establish itself and assign that right to claim owners, so be it, but it shouldn't be something that can be done by default. (Who would be stupid enough to allow this, anyway, unless the town founder puts in on his land and is acting as the "charitable trust" for the whole of the town.?) After all, why should a person that joins a town after its founding get to work around the rules? My thought is that you only hold this position for the trolling value, not because of any other concept or thought.

To the best of my knowledge you cannot destroy a Town Bell at this point without running it out of silver. Making it an indestructible object to EVERYBODY which is never a good idea. If I placed a town bell in the wrong spot and want to destroy it and then rebuild a new bell ina more convenient location I think I should be able to without having to wait for it to run out of silver.

Also. If somebody ELSE were to build a town bell on my P-Claim for the purpose of Eminent domaning me aggressively I think I should be allowed to destroy that bell defensively.

This is not a Troll. NOT being able to destroy town bells on your own P-Claim is very much a BUG that was CREATED from the whiners at GH. Again I am only advocating that the OWNER of the P-Claim be able to destroy a BELL on his own P-Claim if he desires to do so.

These things I can agree with. However, just being able to drop a p-claim and destroying it is NOT a functional mechanic.

Leaving a bell OFF P-Claims so ANYBODY in the city can simply through a claim down and become the P-Claim owner of the bell is just poor village planning. I agree 100% that ANYBODY killing ANY BELL on a P-Claim is not intended and would be a bug. But that is not what happened. The Tribe destroyed a bell ON OUR OWN P-Claim. One could simple just put a 3X3 Claimstone "near" the bell so that nobody can push a p-claim over it. Or have the bell itself on a small little P-Claim owned by the mayor. There are many ways to fix this other than making Bells invincible and, thus, creating a bug that never existed prior to the whining. Accommodating those foolish enough to leave their bell out in the open (claimable by anyone) is not the correct solution. Forcing players to throw up a 150s claim under their bells to make them invincible to anybody BUT the owner of the P-Claim is a simple solution.

GH with new splash damage is completely outdated and near worthless now, even if we still had it we likely would have made a new location anyways
Please stop talking about it like anyone still cares thank you

Hi AAlex, how was your 2 week vacation. :D

Where would this game be without the whole GH thing tho? Probably on Steam with 20,000 players.

Back to the topic of the thread, which I believe is 'The future of Salem', can anybody from the masons reveal any good news or stuff besides the Chief? The Loftar love letter was scetchy at best. Can we get any other 2nd hand news through you guys from the Dev's?
