I thought I made it clear that I am not against the perma death. Honestly it does not matter to me if the 50 or so players left are the hardcore pvp players who want to kill each other. IF that is all the devs want for their game so be it. And like I said you have the usual suspects who come and post their 3 word replies or quote parts of a comment to start a troll fest. THAT is what this game has dropped down too. The game should be about fun for the whole and not fun for the few. OK so some really enjoy remaking a character, others do not. A simple switch to turn off perma death but still allow full loot would solve a lot of problems. It would allow everyone a happy medium to play the game and still allow a sense of danger tot he game world.
Those of you who keep defending the perma death argument are in a sense the problem. You have all but run off the players in the game world. Yet you cry and whine for new content or that the game world is empty? YOU did this. My original post was for the devs to maybe think about what I wrote and see that there is more to a game than trolling.
As I said maybe that is all they are about? Of course we will never know since they can not even come and comment on posts of the people they make the game for. The minute someone disagrees with the current state of the game or disagrees with a mod, they will lock or ban the person. Again just a bad way to run a game. So I go back to my original post and say it is only a matter of time before we fade to black and the game is gone.

Just know the Tribe will still be here if/when that becomes a reality.

PvP has NOTHING to do with the population.

Maybe if you did your homework you would of known what their thought process and vision for the game is.

That clearly isn't true since I'm posting now.

I was here long before you came around Dallane, I am well aware of what there thoughts and ideas were and what the reality of it is in game today. Pvp can be fun when it is moderated, but when the game company lets it become a troll fest that caters to the bad side of it this is what you end up with what we have today. Like I said the usual suspects commenting for the simple fact if the game goes away so does their outlet to be morons.
It all boils down to which side they want to cater too. The people who are nothing but trolls and ruin games and run off it's population? OR the side that wants to play the game and have fun and interact with others?

Wouldn't that be A Tale in the Desert? All crafting all of the time.
