Personally I have had little dealings With the OP's and his gang's bullying but even I am offended by his blatant bullying wich is Down right destructive to the game and the Developers. Writing as a New-ish sort of player I am already convinced that this game has little to offer due to the manners of players such as this. It is, ofcourse, not the fault of the player - it is the fault of the game who allow a Select few persons to drag their Product Down like this. Surely you can see this game is not even out of beta and you're being pissed on by reviews for not dealing With obvious griefers. I'm all for tough love but, man, I dont like to see a superb concept being **** on and being starved for players just because the dev's havent got the balls to deal With a few griefers. Can't you see this behaviour is killing you?

And what should the devs do? Remove their characters from their accounts? Destroy their bases for using ingame mechanics?

They should do a complete restart using the same maps. Which would get rid of legacy hummus and seeds. I'm sure all of them would still have great success in the next world also but right now it's impossible to catch them.

Legacy hummus and legacy humour levels are the problem.

Again, I'm a PvP'er, IDOC'er and looter who cause all kinds of mischief in my old game, but I wouldnt be so utterly devoid of IQ that I would do it to the extent that I'd destroy a game I enjoyed playing.
CS or BF is fun and all, but few games lately has the Depth this game can possibly offer. I want games like these to do well - but unfortunately they are hard to do well for obvious reasons. OP making a good example.

I'm gonna need you to retreat back to 8a. We can't have Sour Grapes getting away even if its an alt. Can I get Brylcreem Boys to move into position. I don't want you guys cheesedicking this whole war. Also can we have Fister on the look out for any split tail we all know what Chief likes.

Ryder's Rampage of Roanoke Retribution

Postby Rydersowl » Sat Jul 27, 2013 8:47 am

In celebration of Claeyt's return to the forums I have set out to contribute to the cause. After generous support and encouragement from the Candy Tribe I set out to spread the message of Roanoke's plight in any way I could, and it was at this point I heard a call for help!

Image

This would not stand! Even as the claim around it decayed into oblivion, no doubt the result of the sinister care bear Claeyt's oversight's in raising the noobs of Roanoke, this canoe wasted away, a valuable tool without the love of it's creator. It belonged on a loving back or it belonged to be free.

Quickly, I jumped into battle with the co-conspirators!

Image

With the heat of battle ended I whisked the captive vessel off to safety!

And for good measure, took a moment to spread the good word...

Image

With the canoe saved and another noob warned about the dangers of letting Claeyt continue unchecked, I sailed off into the distance, ready to carry the warning and help Roanoke save itself from it's darkest foe.

Until he stops posting that is.

Very well. It is the message that is important I suppose. I will have you know that I worked very hard on the name for "Ryder's Rampage of Roanoke Retribution" though.

That's the greatest loss here.

Incidentally the sled had already killed itself when I arrived. There was nothing that could be done. This is the world Roanoke lives in...
