I'd have plenty of ways to check if he's still on the island. He's got about a billion pink balloons pointing right at it. He renounces his Candy Gang membership and moves off the Island FOREVER, and declares that he is the new tribal chief on Roanoke and I'll pay him 500s. Of course at that point the Candy Gang would owe me 2000s and their accounts would be unfrozen, right Binks? I'll once again try and trust the Candy Gang to pay me back.
