The only thing you can do is hide and relocate your base when they inevitably thrash it. Your mouths keep cashing checks you bank can't back up. You are just going to wind up another if the said many that have come to this game and talked trash which is idiotic and annoying.

The only payoff is going to be when I see kill shots posted from my comfy little beach house in Plymouth and have a nice chuckle about it. And then I'll enjoy the next "fad" that comes after.

There are other ways to kill a man. :D

You'll notice that I kept saying that Colesie was part of the Candy Gang to make the Chief wonder why Colesie was in on his little takeover of the server. I knew from past experience that the Chief and Binks hate Colesie with a passion and that one of them would realize that Colesie was both stealing their thunder and stealing their kills. Eventually Colesie should have realized that he needed to move out of there pronto and find a new base, if I was him I would've contacted Potjeh, his fellow mod.

By applying just a little bit of pressure in the form of including Colesie in my definition of the Chief's Gang and offering a reward, I led it to a win/win situation for me. Either Colesie moved splitting up the raider gang and eventually ending in the Gang hunting Colesie down at his new base, or the Chief and Binks would kill Colesie and collect the reward and take him out of the picture of their raiding.

I'm out 500s which I've applied to their bill that they owed me for helping the Candy Queen get out of Darwoth's dungeon and helped convince the chief to kill one of his raiders, the one he hates the most, before Colesie could figure out that he should move.

So, there is one less raider and Roanoke is a little safer tomorrow. :D

Reported for lying about paying the bounty and, therefore, spamming the same untruth's over and over. I have received no funds for this Bounty.

Except you missed the point. Who is in charge of the Candy Gang (in name only)? The gang is headless and hollow and has allowed the Tribe to usurp its authority. Lol, nice rant though.

edit to add: Also, for future reference, you should know that coups don't necessarily involve violence.

No but they involve a change in the political landscape, which as I pointed out you have neither the means or experience to see happen. Claeyt is annoying sure but you are lower than he is here. You're a follower. A "peon" as you called it so eloquently before you edited your response. And you keep running your mouth and following that example even less effectively than I have argued he does and you are putting a larger target on your back because of it. You should take some time to read the history of every other event that has played out like this before you play little drummer boy under any flags and invest any more time here because you are going to be sorely disappointed with the consequences of words.

Claeyt, they were laughing at you when that happened. Coles, Chief, and Binks. Reread those posts. You had as much control over those events as an aged bladder. Everyone knows that Coles and Chief can only team up for certain periods of time before one must kill the other. It's fated.

You prove yourself the fool - there are now several more raiders en route to Roanoke, and you've turned the Tribe involvement from Chief frolicking around in his free time, into a much more serious situation. This is Time Paradox all over again. Everyone here knows how this is going to end, except you.

Claeyt wrote:You're really showing your lack of knowledge about Roanoke Politics here Paul. :D

Fine go ahead. I could use another couple 200+ guys against you and the rest of the Candy Gang. :D

A couple more 200+ guys isn't going to be enough, I assure you.

First MM Tribe killed Colesie. We had nothing to do with it.

Second why in gods name would we pay you silver when your starting a revolution against us? Are you stupid?

First, are you saying that Chief Peep isn't a member of the Candy Gang, and doesn't have YGM's old lean-to on Candy Island?

Second, The Brotherhood with Banners is not against you or the Western Mt. raiders specifically. We're against all that would terrorize the server and randomly kill noobs. We're trying to protect YGM's dream of a safe and criminal free server, since you and the Candy Gang have abandoned Rangering and abandoned his hopes for Roanoke. If the Candy Gang returns to rangering and ceases it's noob killing, we would have no quarrels with you. We are trying to save the server.

also,

You as the master of treasure of the Candy Gang, the Queen, Greb, and Waca all promised me that you would repay me for lending the Candy Gang money to save the Queen from Darwoth's Dungeon, just 3 short days ago. I'm not leading a rebellion against your Gang. I'm leading a rebellion against those who are killing the server. I'm even willing to say that if you match the 1500s that you still owe me, and give the 3000s to me to distribute to the victims of this slaughter and stop randomly killing people with or without masks, That I would ask to pull this thread and we could go back to a peaceful server that used to be 3 times bigger than Plymouth and twice the size of Jamestown.

I edited my initial response because I misread your comment about see pics of our murders, etc. I wrongly responded by contrasting your awesomeness in killing us versus our peon status because I was thinking you said YOU would kill us. So, I quickly changed that.

Also, I wasn't stating that Claeyt has successfully overthrown CG, I was continuing the discussion between me and chief about his role in the Candy Gang.

Since you think I'm so wrong and will be disappointed, let me assure you that this is part of the game, as you so frequently remind people. I can play peon drummer boy to Claeyt's revolutionary cause if I want. I'm already satisfied and can therefore not be disappointed by any outcome. My goal is to oppose the reigning faction, and here I am! Thanks for looking out for me though :)

You haven't considered that I WANT a target on my back. I have 6 characters and several claims on Plymouth, but I came back to Roanoke for this very purpose.

And yes, I probably suck at playing "revolutonary" in Salem. Sorry, I'll try harder.

Formula for a Claeyt post:
Step one: reassertion your infallible knowledge of the subject
Step two: backtrack just enough to avoid overextending your resources
Step three: more demands! Look strong in the face of overwhelming criticism

Extra credit: repeat as many of the same points as you can, regardless of how many times they've been Addressed

I don't understand,

So are you saying that you and Khaz are now a full members of the Candy Gang or are you just teaming up and using their resources?

or

Are you saying that the Tribe is abandoning Plymouth and is taking over the Candy Gang and that it's going to attack the server and impose Treaty Payments on everybody?

and

I don't have anything close to Time Paradox. I can't see the comparison at all. I've got one nice medium sized base and a couple of little ones.

So wait, are you saying you're going to attack Martinezz's towns? Why? He's got nothing to do with any of this.
