I made an attempt to collect the money owed by Claeyt, who revealed himself to be nothing but a common charlatan. As he has refused to pay, I am hereby freezing all his financial accounts. Entering any trade agreements with Claeyt will be viewed by the Tribal Authority to be a criminal act.

Until his outstanding debts are paid, Claeyt may not:
-Collect on any existing investments
-Legally own any land in the New World
-Apply for Treaty protection
-Initiate any complaints with the Free Merchants of Plymouth regarding breach of contracts, existing or new

I am also freezing his bounty on the Chief.

Upon review, this action also extends to the criminals currently residing, or who have previously resided, in The Land of the Swamp people. If you encounter one of these fiends in the Wilderness, please detain them until a Tribal enforcer is able to take custody.
