Sorry for posting in this old thread, but this seems the most suitable place.

I've tweaked dymm's map tool a little bit and added a semi-auto Merge Wizard.
You right click a session and choose "Merge Tool" from there it should be rather simple.

If you havn't used the tool before then here are the instructions (these are without my addition):

Needless to say that if this blows you computer up, it's your own responsibility.
Evenhtough i tried using it numerous times and it works fine
