I thought all threads related to Jamestown pirates have been merged.

Settle down, it was not deleted it is right here:
viewtopic.php?f=6&t=7042&start=60
(JAMESTOWN) Captain James must die! is where all related discussion goes.
They are not banned because you did not prove they where doing anything wrong. I can claim that I hacked into the Jamestown database and cranked up all of my humors and Proficiencies over 9000, you can then tell anyone you want to and nothing will happen. Also I doubt the devs read the help forum regularly and I don't think the mods can't ban people from the game. Another problem is that you did not give the account names of the cheater so how is anyone in charge supposed to know who you are talking about.
Finally. No, there are no rules. The devs seem to care little about anything that you can do with the mechanics of the game intended or not. You're playing on Jamestown, we have chests and cupboards littering our fine streets if rules where going to be enforced they would not be there.

As DarkNacht said it was merged with similar political topics. In the future, for the fastest and most efficient response, please post questions and concerns about moderation in the moderation threads. Thanks~! =)

So you're saying you're NOT the same poster as whitepoint? It's not unusual for common nicknames to get extra numbers or characters at the end, but they also don't show up as posting off the same IP unless its the same person with multiple accounts.
I am a moderator. I moderate stuff. When I do, I write in this color.

Banning your alt accounts. In the future, use the moderator complaint thread.

Also, have a better tone when doing so.
