[Jamestown] Escrow Service, no more fraud

Hi all,

Since there is no secure trading in this game, I have a solution.

I can act as an independent third party. Both parties can give me the goods and silver and I can ensure that there is the correct amount of silver plus the correct amount of goods.

I will do this for free if I am online at the moment, just PM me when you need to do a trade with someone. I won't ask for anything in return but feel free to give me any amount of silver or an item, I am in need of both.

I am willing to do the same thing he is but for less. Plus I have been around longer than him so I am way more trustworthy.

Sounds like a scam to me...somebody with 17 posts trying to provide a service that isn't needed. Can I get an IP check on this sockpuppet, please?

Question: Why is the service not needed? How do you trade securely in this game? I am hoping you're right because I need to trade.

That doesn't answer the question. Again I ask, how do you trade securely in this game? This is an honest question.

How I've seen it done is I put my things into a bucket near Boston, and so do you and we trade. What is the "smart" way to trade then? Is there a better way?
