No warning of crime penalty?

Okay so i'v been playing it for an hour and that hour is basically walking to try to get to my friend because i can't seem to find a single way to get to her base thing...

So i'm walking and some bases i see are smashed up so i go in take a couple of things to help me out...

i come across one plot and for the 1st time it wont let me walk? something about it's someone elses land or something so i turn crime on and try to walk past ti andi try to open chest and it says that it's someone elses so i clicked it a lot, like... is this a bug? and then i go to walk out and boom KO

The game gave me 0 warning of this, how was i to know that some god knows morale angel on my shoulder would smack me over the head with an invisible hammer for walking across some red land... seriously wtf?

The fact that u can't just tp to your when you start is bs... she made a new account and put my land in the name and it just made her a new base... didn't take her to me

And so i think okay... KO for a bit... look up on net and its KO for 24 hours... wtf?

there is a big dif between being noob friendly and just completely stupid... who the hell would know walking on land would kill you, and the green bar at that! i mean i use that for research so it was low anyway... and now just ko for 24 hours... i am playing with my gf and now it's just... it's pointless

i have to wait 24 hours or make a new character = fun game... fun game...

you did get a warning, you chose to ignore it.

have your girlfriend learn settling and build a claim, you can teleport to that not a lean to.

dunno, guess there was no warning then. they should really do something about that!

imo if you try to perform criminal acts a giant red system message should come up warning you about criminal actions and then a giant red outline of all the affected land should blip on your screen, lastly you should have some sort of toggle switch to turn criminal actions on/off. as a new player would you agree that is enough warning?

It simply... as soon as you 1st toggle it, a pop up like the other tutorial stuff should pop up saying that while you commit criminal actions like tresspassing your green bar will lower and if it hits 0 you will end up KO

Just... one of the biggest things i feel in the game i mean for a new player as we just see open land and we only take a little we don't have a lot of bag space

It's not in the help section at all, i looked for crime there wasn't any so i just did it

For better or for worse, you have to realize this game does not hold your hands. It's got a steep learning curve but the learning process is the very simple tried-and-true method of trial and error which basically equates to touching something that hot and burning your hand and saying to yourself, ok I better not touch that again.

Honestly, if this post is legit, than OP is the reason why current game(r) generation is so awful.
However it looks more like a terrible attempt at trolling.

See i understand that this is a hardcore game at point with the perm death... But i mean, i'm not asking for someone to hold my hand, i'm simply asking that game tells me the mechanics it's using when it comes to things that i would never guess

Why would someone assume that u randomly get KO for breaking the law

*Hey no 1 can see me, no 1 is near me so lets take a shortcut* - Bam KO <--- How is that fun?

Leave the learning curve, it's fun but with things like magic KO from nowhere... just at least give a tip when it's 1st activated

This is a legit post, it's kind of annoying and trying to keep my GF motivated to play it is hard.. i learnt from my mistake and i will improve on it but i just feel this is an important thing they should think about adding

Honestly, it would just be a mess of annoying pop ups if we had the game warn us of all the things that could go wrong while we play the game.

it only comes up once and then it stays in the help section?

And i mean come on... if being knocked out just out of the blue isn't something you think should be mentioned at least once then you don't really care about new players...

I think this is one of the important things which is not mentioned anywhere, so why not have 1 popup for it? just 1...

Make the game hard like it is but don't make it an annoyance to new players...
