for the Edit: I have no problem with you posting on this forum while not playing the game, despite how nuts that is. I do have a problem with you bashing the game, the population, and discouraging new players from the game while not actually playing, without it being pointed out that you no longer play this game and generally dislike it, and to tell new players reading this that some of us truly enjoy this game and are willing to help you and the game grow.

Many of us are working very hard to help new players and grow the population. You're actions have led to in-game discussions with new players that I tried to help who I directed to the forums for help. After reading you and other players who no longer play game bashing they came back to me discouraged and turned off by the forums. After an in-game chat about some older players bashing the game and why, where the population was, and where it had been they told me that they would maybe quit after they had been playing fairly regularly for 2 weeks. They then came on the next day to say goodbye and that they were quitting and gave me all their inspi's as thanks for info help, and a metal shovel I'd given them when they started. They mentioned you by name as one of the posts they had read. You have hurt the population of the game that you don't even play anymore.

My point in chasing your game bashing posts around the threads is to try and get you to realize that your actions are hurting Salem, Seatribe and the forums. I realize that you probably don't care, and maybe even want to see the game die, but some of us do care. I don't blame you for all of the slow decay of the population or for how the game has been to blame for most of the population lost. The dev's are of course, most at fault for that and hopefully they are working on that.

I do want you to know that your actions have hurt the population tho, and that if you care at all where the future of Salem is going that you'll ask Colesie to pull this thread and stop the game bashing. If not, fine, I'll know then that you don't give a crap about the game or it's future and are actually working against the game's population rising, and so will everyone else.

Someone told me yesterday that Dallane had been a mod. I didn't believe him, but trusted him, and now know it's not true.
