I know it's a bit early, since neither priesthood or witchcraft are in.
But how about a slider like H&H's Indutry / Nature slider?

Going full witchcraft would, for example, benefit alchemy, by allowing for lower failure rates at higher instability levels.
Full priesthood could allow for better learning rates, and benefit gluttony.

Note that above two are just random examples that spring to mind.
I mostly made this topic for everyone that likes to add ideas to it.

There is a reason they didn't put sliders in Salem. This was brought up a long time ago.
