Current problem with Salem is that anyone can do anything, if we would have temporary jobs/profesions (one week to level up full farmer tree and then second week to get back to neutral point and third week to level up full hunter tree) maybe game would be little more interesting and people would appreciate more in-game content.

After that they need to point out, that Salem is goint into a different direction with most focus on crafting, trade and the fight against the environment. PvP could still be a valid game strategy and a pain in the ass - there should be a need to protect your property. But if you don`t all you can lose should have some material cost.

In my mind, all that would do is force people to run 3-4 different characters, rather than just pushing them strongly down that cliff. I don't think that's a good idea.
