Even average ideas are better than none.

I suggest to develop H&H into the game this community desires. After that they need to point out, that Salem is goint into a different direction with most focus on crafting, trade and the fight against the environment. PvP could still be a valid game strategy and a pain in the ass - there should be a need to protect your property. But if you don`t all you can lose should have some material cost.

They really need to just lock announcements and make one thread in CoH for all the crying and bad ideas to go into.

I wonder, why they haven't created a *****, where some bot posts something on a regular basis so you could post your **** after that.

Current problem with Salem is that anyone can do anything, if we would have temporary jobs/profesions (one week to level up full farmer tree and then second week to get back to neutral point and third week to level up full hunter tree) maybe game would be little more interesting and people would appreciate more in-game content.

In my mind, all that would do is force people to run 3-4 different characters, rather than just pushing them strongly down that cliff. I don't think that's a good idea.
I have neither the crayons nor the time to explain it to you.

The problem is that you are speaking with your own desires of how YOU want the game to go instead of how JORTAR is making the game to be. You have been harping on this idea that salem needs to be less pvp oriented and think that's why population is low when in fact its not at all. I agree fully with you that they need to focus ALOT more on developing the game industries to make things better and more things to do. With that they need to do like they are now with making changes with the pvp systems. I'm not sure of your activity in game but its VERY easy to defend your land without engaging in combat with attackers.

Thank you for your continued harassment, I see with almost zero effort I have made you very angry. Very sorry for that but could you maybe keep things like this to PM's from now on? There is alot of unnecessary derailing going on recently in the announcements to which I asked a good question so that we might be able to have the devs better answer questions about the update and get informed on bugs with the people unaware of the bug tracker. Without all the complaints and odd ideas they might actually read the thread and answer GOOD post instead of making the OP and skimming/ignoring the thread after that.

As a side note there is in fact a couple threads for me to spam and derail along with anyone else who wants to join in.

How so? When there are so many ways to bypass said defenses, and the tiny impact they have on the characters that are relatively easy for the established players to generate. Perma damage is only permanent until they gluttony their way back to previous levels in seconds after stripping a base of anything of value, (or just letting it rot all over the floor)

We cant even lock the doors to our houses, and there are ways to commit crimes and steal from people that does not activate the bases defenses. Defense is not all its cracked up to be. All we can really do is make raiding more expensive and less rewarding.

Encouraging PVP in a perma death game is a sure fire way to encourage no one to play the game. (unless starting from scratch is no different than having a long standing character which would then annoy the long standing players). Perma death means PVP is about as encouraged as it possibly could be

Undoubtedly you are not a newb. And although you have not voiced any idea(much less any great idea), I can easily deduce you are a retard.
