A Russian stole some lime out of the barrel I was using
I found him and murdered him :x

On the way, however, I met an other Russian. I KOed him and asked him why he didn't log off before I got to him. He didn't realize he should, was his response. I stole his purse and his old singing logs, afterwards letting him know that that was his punishment for not logging off. When all was said and done he offered me all the singing logs in his base and asked me if I wanted some lumberjack frikadels. I knocked this guy out, stole his purse and logs, and after everything he offered me more logs and food. That guy was pretty nice imo.

Poor explaination of your cruelty :) You're only another guy who feels untouchable himself. No matter what are your biles, the matter is only your behaviour. Even if I don't like Candy Gang they're trying to put their cruelty (cause some guys were offended without scents or so) in a good way- removing criminals. But that game needs thefts, deaths and so. The question is only about a fringe which you're keeping for self justification!

Pilgrims die every day because they did not log out. This one seemed to appreciate my method.
Cruel or not, there are others that would have murdered him.

As for the barrel thief, he deserved what he got.

So a russian player stole your lime, you killed him then went on KOed yet another russian. Is it a coincidence or just pure hatred toward the specific nationality? Anyway, it proves the OP's point.

I don't have problems with the Russians. Just with Putin.

Oh, ingame?

Wel,, they did raze my base once, long ago, but that was done by a minority of Bad Russians. The Good Russians distanced themselves from those infidels. I do believe the Bad Russians in question have already been killed by the CG.
Did Claeyt shut up yet?

Lets take H&H server statistics as an example?

There are 256 hearthlings playing.
Of these, there are 54 from Russian Federation, 51 from Korea, 30 from United States, 20 from Poland, and 19 from Japan.
Most of the active players are bots, for sure, but if we take these numbers as an example of Salem player actvity, you will see see, that the game's fans mostly live in US, Poland, Russia and Korea.
Since folks from European countries (including Poland) have less probles with ingame English language, it is more problematic to identify them, so for a casual player, the whole playerbase consists of english-speaking folks, japs and russians. And while most of koreans and japanese heartlings peacefully live alltogether, russian players are spread all around the Salem continent, and some of them had even caused pretty much troubles to the neighbours.
So, for an average mind, Salem world consists of "good hermits", "bad folks" (minor agressve factions like Tripe), "koreans" and "bad russians". Since there is no other common non-english nationality, russians become a nominal term and that is a reason why they are a common topic to discuss. Very few players do have any private business with the russian community thats why there are so few voices that can speak positive about it.

Hope that answers the question.

i have something positive to say! i play with a russian and he's super nice. very thoughtful and helpful, and super generous.
his english isn't the best though so he doesn't really interact with other english speaking players so much. probably a lot of russians are similar in this.

Russians i knew ( that now quit) were very nice and friendly, they kept a closed group, good teamwork etc..., only russians that i know of that were arrogant and a Bi***es were ones who acted like they were russian or young kids( 10-14 year olds) who were mistakenly accepted to russian "closed circle".
